Week Bookings
Please note that all of our bookings are for one week starting on a Friday
at 4pm and ending at 10am the following Friday. We
appreciate that you may want to come and go on different days within the
week, which is fine as long as you pre arrange your arrival time with us.
Couples Discount
We offer couples [2 adults sharing one bedroom plus a cot if required] a discount of £200 per week
throughout the year.

Once you have found the week you'd like you then need to download a booking form which
includes a copy of our terms and conditions (or we can send you one in the post
if required).
Complete and return your completed booking form and attach the deposit (33% of total cost) as soon as possible.
We operate a first come first served booking policy and a booking only
exists if we have the form and the deposit.
Spa Treatments

Payment Options We can invoice you via Paypal by email which will allow you to pay by credit card or by using your own Paypal account.
Please advise us on your booking form if you would like to pay in this manner. Paypal can also be used if you book your holiday less
than 2 weeks before the start date. We make a 5% administration charge for all credit card and online payments.
Full payment is required for bookings 2 months before the start of your holiday.
Please make all cheques payable to 'Lavender Dog Ltd.'
We'll send you a booking confirmation letter as receipt of your deposit: confirming
the dates and the property chosen, detailing your outstanding balance and the
date that it is due for payment. Once full payment is received, directions and arrival information will be sent on.
