Helsbury Park is situated on the B3266 between Camelford and Bodmin approximately 4 miles directly inland from
Port Isaac Bay. There are no close neighbours other than the other properties within Helsbury Park:
three detached houses in total. The dramatic
sweep of the park not only provides a fabulous view but ensures that, although just a few hundred yards from the river, Helsbury’s beautiful
buildings are in no danger from flooding - ever!
