Cottages: Dog Friendly Broadview Cottage at Helsbury Park
Most recently built and renovated of the properties at Helsbury Park is
Broadview. This light and airy single storey bungalow is set apart from the
rest of the site with its own entrance and an enclosed garden with sun deck
and barbecue area. We were delighted when this property was awarded 5 stars
recognising it as equal in quality to the traditional barns.
An elevated position leads to the panoramic views which give Broadview its
name. A short walk through the adjacent paddock or down the lane leads to
the rest of Helsbury Park’s amenities. Guests are very welcome to exercise
dogs in this paddock when it is empty.
Sleeping 5 in one double, one king size and one single bedroom, Broadview
has one family bathroom, a wet room with walk in shower and an additional
separate toilet. Broadview has a well equipped, bright dining kitchen, a
separate utility room and a warm, comfortable sitting room with wood burning
stove and picture window. The floors throughout the main living areas are
oak and slate in keeping with our commitment to using luxury and traditional
materials.
Although accessed via two steps, the single storey accommodation and walk-in
shower make Broadview convenient for less able guests. There is ample level
parking right by the door and we are always happy to help on arrival or
departure if requested.
