Westhayes is one of the two 200 year old barns at Helsbury Park to have been converted into spacious holiday accommodation. Refurbished to maximise its charm and comfort using traditional local materials such as slate and granite and luxuries including a range cooker, wood burner and a four-poster bed.

The living accommodation offers a generous kitchen diner, a separate spacious sitting room with patio doors to a private fenced garden area and features a stunning galleried staircase.

Westhayes sleeps 6 in three en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster,  while the second is a characterful double room.  The third room has zip-link beds that will be set up as a twin if there are children in your party and a double if all guests are adults, unless requested otherwise. The master en suite has a bath with shower over, while the other two have en suite shower rooms. There’s a further toilet on the ground floor and a utility room with washer-dryer.

Built at right angles to Marhayes the two barns share a front lawn, however Westhayes also has a generous enclosed grass area to the side where dogs can be exercised in a controlled space. This property is recommended for groups with more than two large dogs.  Outside is a barbecue and seating area with views across the park.

Extended families may like to book both barns enjoying the privacy and convenience of their position.
