My Personal Sanctuary offer gorgeous Organic Spa Treatments carried out within the comfort of your cottage. The treatments are undetaken on heated day beds using lovely fresh organic products leaving you feeling totally relaxed.
Spa Treatments range from a warming deep tissue massage, skin conditioning body wraps, replenishing facials, hand & feet treats, to holistic full body journeys. It’s the perfect way to unwind and enhance your stay at Helsbury Park!
Whatever the occasion whether it’s an anniversary, mums-to-be, tired new mums & dads, a romantic break, birthday celebration, reunion, family fun or girly get together there’s a specifically designed Organic Treatment or Group Party Package to indulge.

There’s a minimum requirement of 3 hours of treatments per therapist or a minimum spend of £210
The treatment packages that are offered make the service more economical for larger groups
All of the treatments are unisex and the therapists are always happy to work on partners & husbands
