Recent Feedback
Well it’s been a tricky old summer with all the new processes, some inclement weather and changes to the covid restrictions. It’s very satisfying to know that we are still able to provide fabulous holiday experiences for our guests in this difficult times, here’s some recent feedback:
“The main reason we rated Helsbury Park as ‘Exceeded Expectations’ is for our 4 Border Collie dogs: this property provides the best dog walking area we have ever encountered. Beautiful Cornish countryside with a stream for them to cool down in with a beautiful forest to walk through. My wife scored the dog walking 15 out of 10!! And named part of the dog walk as in an ‘enchanted forest’. The Holiday cottage was as expected and with the addition of a swimming pool which my daughter enjoyed all made for a great holiday break.”
“Brilliant stay, the property is great and the grounds are wonderful – the grounds definitely made it that bit extra special! There are three properties on the grounds, all let out and all share the communal areas & pool. I would love to stay here again :)”
“Great location and a fabulous property. An issue with the boiler was fixed within a couple of hours of reporting it. Even though some of the facilities could not be used given the COVID situation it didn’t detract from the holiday at all. Amazing place for the dogs to explore and go for walks.”
“Our 9th visit to the Farmhouse at Helsbury and still the views always wow us. Extremely happy that the much awaited broadband is installed. As per government guidelines we could not use the sauna or gym , but we were expecting that to be the case. All being well we hope to return for our 10th visit next year or the following.”
“The farmhouse is an amazing house to stay in. We have been here for two weeks this year because we loved it so much last year. This is our second year here and we will be back again. It is so peaceful, relaxing and the pool is amazing. The place is so dog friendly. The house and grounds are so clean and well kept. Two big gardens for the dogs to run around and a dog kennel for when you go out. It’s definitely the best place to stay when you come to Cornwall.”
“The grounds were perfect for the dogs and we all loved going for walks. Although I didn’t use the pool, the rest of my family did and loved it. We all loved our time here and would definitely come back.”
